Emerald Aire has a complete in-house sheet metal shop.

What this means to you is EAI has the capability of providing cost effective stock venting items and/or cost effective custom fittings, vents, flashing and artistic design specifics. If you need copper vent hoods to meet the architectural aesthetic of your HVAC/R project, EAI can accommodate your request.

We have highly trained union craftspeople that can fabricate whatever you need for your commercial HVAC/R project. This is accomplished with state of the art manufacturing equipment and a refined production process. We have a high speed plasma cutter that is driven by Vulcan software that produces cost effective custom pieces. The EAI in-house sheet metal shop capabilities include: ductwork and fittings 26 gage to 16 gage in galvanized, aluminum and stainless steel, which can be lined or unlined for exterior or interior applications. We can create round elbows, offsets up to approximately 48”, grease duct, welded duct, as well as your duct board needs. Talk with your EAI Estimating Engineer to discuss specific requests.
